Summer is here and so is ice cream. We occasionally have ice cream socials at Anytime Fitness but it's always done directly after a class and we try and include alot of healthy toppings like fruit, nuts, etc... to help balance off the sweets. The average person is not thinking about working off the ice cream they only want to indulge. Trust me I get it and get tempted too.
