Here's some benefits to eating Shrimp

1. Low in Calories

- Shrimp is lower in calories, has about 15 less than chicken breast and 10 less than one pigs in the blanket compared to shrimp cocktail.

2. Protein-Rich

- 3 ounces of baked or boiled provides about 20 grams of protein and contains very little fat and carbohydrates.

3. Provide Nutrients

- Shrimp is filled with 75% of Vitamin B12, over 50% of phosphorous, and over 30% of choline, copper, iodine.

4. Reduce Inflammation

- Shrimp contains an antioxidant called astaxanthin which can help reduce inflammation that triggers aging and diseases.
